The High Voltage Power Monitor is fully UL, FCC and CE certified. It is intended for devices that require one to three lithium ion batteries for power.
Each unit comes with a custom designed power supply, 2 alligator clips, 2 USB cables, and an information card with links to software downloads and support documentation.

Warranty FAQs
How long does coverage last?
This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase of the Monsoon Power Monitor. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.
What is covered by the warranty?
This limited warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Monsoon Power Monitor.
What is not covered by the warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by user error, modifying, attempting to fix, and/or otherwise altering the product.
The Power Monitor should only be used with the power supply provided. Using a different power supply may damage the Power Monitor, and voids the warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover the Power Monitor becoming obsolete at some point in the future.
Who is covered by the warranty?
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the Monsoon Power Monitor. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the Monsoon Power Monitor.
RMA Shipping
RMA shipping costs back to Monsoon are the responsibility of the buyer. Monsoon will pay for the cost of shipping back to the customer if the product is under warranty. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping if product is not under warranty. Duties and customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer under either circumstance.
Shipping
Monsoon ships using only FCA and CIP incoterms.
Price is US dollar. Applicable sales tax, shipping, handling, insurance, any customs duties and/or import tariffs, and bank transfer fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Cost of shipping and insurance is calculated at time of purchase.
RMA Shipping
RMA shipping costs back to Monsoon are the responsibility of the buyer. Monsoon will pay for the cost of shipping back to the customer if the product is under warranty. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping if product is not under warranty. Duties and customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer under either circumstance.
Returns
Contact info@msoon.com to request a refund.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of purchase. Contents should be in new condition, though the box may be opened.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds may be paid back to credit card or ACH/Wire if pre-paid.
