Please see the README to understand the differences in releases. Version 5.0.0.25 is compatible with both the original Low Voltage Power Monitor, and the High Voltage Power Monitor. This software is not compatible with Windows 7. Only the LVPM with the 4.x generation of software is compatible with Windows 7.
